1.Write an equation for the enthalpy change for which would be the enthalpy of formation of zinc sulphide?
is that just 2Zn + S2==> 2ZnS

2. ZnS + 1.5O2 ==> ZnO + SO2 Ent. H = -441 KJ/mol-1

Use this together with the date below to calculate the value for the enthalpy of formation of ZnS

ZnS + 1.5O2 ---> Zn0 EntH = -348Kjmol-1
S + 02 ---> SO2 Ent H= -297Kj

Thank you so much.

Draw the Haber diagram.
Code:
Ef
2Zn  +   S2   --->   2ZnS
 |(O2)    |(O2)         | (O2)
 |2E1     |2E2          |2E3
     2ZnO + 2SO2
Should add the arrows
where E1 = -348, E2 = -297, E3 = -441.
So Ef = 2E1 + 2E2 - 2E3.
