If you're doing GCSEs now you'll be too young to apply next year- Unis like toronto want full a-levels (or equivalent) to be completed by the time you get there.
The order of study you mention is simply undergrad-grad. Masters and PhDs fall under the grad umbrella. In the UK, you can do a Masters separately, in the US you most often get your masters on the way to a phd, unless it's in a professional field like an MBA. Not 100% sure, but I think Canada works the same as the US.

Masters and Grad is around the same level. Practically synonymous. Just know that PhD is the FINAL stop in your educational journey. Getting your PhD is the highest qualification. So its Undergraduate(Bachelor's Degree), then Graduate(Master's Degree), then PhD (Doctorate Degree). Many people get their Bachelor's only, or Bachelors and Masters, some go through to PhD. It's up to you to decide at the end of your Bachelor's degree, if you wanna work or start your Masters degree.

I've been accepted to University of Toronto for Life Sciences. Honestly, before thinking so far ahead, just focus on your Bachelors degree, once you're approaching your final year, you can then decide what you want to do. Right now, just do your A-levels and focus on getting into a bachelor's degree programme.
