is this a healthy breakfast?

protein shake w/ semi skimmed milk
1 chilli pepper
black coffee
No.
Add some unrefined carbs like 100% whole wheat bread, brown rice, quinoa or oatmeal.
Maybe consider a boiled egg, sweet potatoes, carrots, tomatoes or a fresh raw fruit salad.
With plenty of fresh still unflavoured water.
Ditch the protein shake and black coffee.
no
Seems like the kind of thing Patrick Bateman would have for breakfast...

Completely agree. Focus your breakfast on starch and fibre. You could have wholegrain cereal or bran, fruity porridge, banana or avocado toast with wholemeal bread, an egg sandwich or omelette with wholemeal bread. The list goes on. Make sure you're full with slow-releasing energy, so that you eat less throughout the day.

Protein shake is okay, but you can use some fried eggs with Rye bread. That has more nutritions and rye bread in particular carbohydrates they can't digest so easily, in other words: you are not hungry so fast. A spread of self-made avocado on those slices is not to be sniffed at too.

ahahaha I doubt he'd have even semi-skimmed milk in a protein shake though

You shouldn't replace breakfast for a protein shake unless advised by a doctor. You're not going to get enough nutrition in. Try having a protein porridge with fruit or something like scrambled eggs on toast with your protein shake on the side
what the others have said, have some decent carbohydrates, protein, bit of fat, and some fruit/veg something with a bit more substance that will actually keep you going

nobody is mentioning the chilli pepper... just wondering what its purpose is? how are you eating it? *crunch crunch crunch spicy*
