    Hi,

As the title says i agreed with my tutor that i'll take a year out but she has agreed to save my place for when i go back.

But i'm wondering how will this affect any student loans and finance?

I've taken out a maitenience grant but the company say they gave me to much and are now demandig money that i can't afford, so i'm wondering what i can do in this situation? Is it possible to ask them to take this money away from any future payments or can they wait until i'm in full time employment?

I am also wondering whether they will ask for the course fees even though i'm still going to do this course?

Do you think they'll ask for any another payments or will everything else wait until i'm in full time employment or earning 15K?

I know its alot to ask but i'm currently getting really stressed at the prospect of being asked for money i really can't afford.

They will not take the grant away from future payments if you've withdrawn, they may do if your uni class you as suspended. The loans though will just be accruing interest for now, and again if you suspend you won't pay those back yet. If you withdraw, repayments start from April 2009, or you can defer them.

You signed an agreement about this though, so you're obligated by law to pay back that grant. It was designed to assist you the whole term.
