My application for student finance 2022/2023 was approved which included a maintenance loan. However, I realised that I am possibly eligible for a bursary. I called SFE and they told me to complete a 'applying for student based on household income form' and my dad to complete a 'PFF2' form. However, I wanted to know if there was a way to do this online instead of posting the forms. When I made a SFE account for my dad to support my student finance online they asked for my customer reference number. However,they said there were 'no matches were found', why is this the case? I checked my dad's email and mine to see if there was a link sent but nothing was there. Is there anything I need to change on my account to allow my dad to support me? How can I ensure the forms are completed and sent online to the relevant people instead of using postage?
