I have an outside aviary as well. I love my birds ^_^ They're not tame cause they're aviary birds but some of them will let you tickle their tummy while they're sitting on a perch or fly onto your shoulder if you go in the cage.
I'm away at university at the moment though so my parents are looking after them
I have about 25 at the moment, unless any have died while I've been away and no one told me.
As you can imagine I have plenty of different colours. And lots of names to remember... lol
    Some peekshurs just as examples:
Hiccup, Daphne, Percy, Blue and Bo when they were bebbehs
    Milo
    Leon
    Awww they all look amazing

If they haven' been hand raised, then it's gonna take a while for them to trust you... don't try grabbing them, just keep talking to them and maybe after a few weeks/months try offering food to see if they will take it.

Can be a long process but worth it in the end

And please don't clip their wings! they are born to fly, don't take that away from them!

Well, just so you know....it will take a very long time before they trust you enough to sit on your finger, you just have to be very patient, birds are very smart and aren't as domesticated as other pets.
Maybe look up bird training online or something, there are great guides out there!
    Good luck

The key is to wait. JUst leave them a bit. DON'T Clip the wings. Try using a favourite toy to coax him out of his cage and to a perch you are holding, then move onto your hand.

The key is to just keep talking to him, also wink at him, it lets them no you aren't trying to hurt you.
