Hey girls (and guys). I'm on the hunt for a decent sized vanity case where I can keep my makeup - but it needs to be lockable! My pesky 14-year-old sister loves to steal whatever makeup I've got and it's irritating. Does anyone have any suggestions where I can get a vanity case that I can lock/put a small lock on, or any other suggestions to protect my makeup from the hands of other people? The cheaper the better! Thanks a lot.

    www.beauty-boxes.com - That's where I bought my 2 train cases for work.

There are some biggish, not too expensive ones in superdrug. I doubt they'd have locks but you could always buy a small padlock for it.

I got mine at a car-boot sale, black leather with a red silk lining. Dead cheap and v. classy looking. Maybe you could have a look in car boots and jumble sales see if it throws up anything good?

The answer = Buy any Estee Lauder fragrance and pay £45 to get the train case full of make-up! The Estee Lauder Christmas boxes are awesome - the blusher and bronzer palette will alone last you at least a year, and more likely two. You could easily attach a small padlock to the zippers so your sister can't get in!
