Yes, the deadline is Jan 17 for acceptance. Otherwise the offer becomes null

I did not take UCAT/BMAT...do u think it is also their major consideration as there is no such requirement stated?

I think so. An impressive UCAT/BMAT score can help CU shortlist you out of the other applicants for the early admission interview. I think maybe too many applicants with predicted 4A*.
