I've been working as a temporary employee with Reed for a couple of months now and have now been offered a full time position by the company they found for me.
Whilst been with Reed I have accumulated almost 30 hours of holiday time and i would like to know if i will be paid this in my final pay packet when i leave Reed to work full time?
Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

I think you should but couldn't guarantee it! (I have had some bad exp with agencies although not with Reed!) Have you still got a copy of your temporary worker contract it should tell you on that. is there any reason why you dont want to speak to them? cos this would be by far the easiest way to find this info out. Don't worry about telling them you have been offered a perm job because you can bet they won't be slow off the mark requesting their finders fee they get if a temp job becomes perm!!
