I heard back for an AC, but they haven't sent me any dates yet and apparently they are still accepting applications for this programme, so I think that they are still assessing lots of people.

Got a phone call with more details for my AC. They said my AC isn't a traditional AC, it'll be two interviews that are quite long (over 45 minutes each), and according to the team they said that I can't prep for it, that I'll receive all the materials on the day and it's not like traditional competency and etc questions. Does anyone have any experience with this? I'm far more scared with this then if it was a traditional AC hahaha. This is for HR by the way, in London.
