Anyone know the requirements to get put forward to an AC?

Is it solely based on the VI, they rank each of your questions from 1-5 and then the top percentile get shortlisted/CV reviewed etc

Not 100% sure but I would assume all of the assessments (SJQ, personality test/numerical reasoning and VI) are used to make the decision about who gets shortlisted etc.

I thought we would have heard something by now as some people last year had their assessment centres in November

I looked through the thread last year, some were saying they found out about the AC the week before.

I don't think that many applicants actually get to the VI because of the psychometric screening. I reckon that most people who pass the VI will make it to the AC unless if the programme is super competitive. There probably are multiple AC's for a single role aswell.

Still no one heard about graduate ACs? Or after assessments and VI?

I submitted my VI on the 11th of September for the finance analyst grade scheme. Still no news but my portal did say there was an update on the 12th of October. Not sure what that means tho

Same, I submitted my VI on 13th September and there was an update on 12th October (on the portal) but haven't heard anything.

Anyone applying for HR (in Glasgow) heard anything since VI?

I got this email aswell and emailed them back on Friday to ask for an update. They replied today letting me know that recruiters are still in the selection process and finalising the assessment centre dates.
