By reading your posts it seems like not all roles have video interview. Can someone please confirm this? How should I know which role had video interview? I get so nervous with these interviews.

by mikey999I don't think that time plays a role, however, what I've noticed is that test seems adaptive. As when you make mistake you get easier next question, and vice-versa. So I guess it is the most important to don't make mistakes.
yeah, you got that right it's adaptive. But still not sure about time.

Nothing to worry about, it's just SHL test that includes numerical, logical, and deductive reasoning questions. The second section is about personality and Barclays mindset test where you have to react to the given scenario, I would suggest going through Barclays values and principles for this. In my case, there was no VI so I don't have any idea about this.
