Ok, please keep anon mods...rather embaressing!
Anywho, bare with me on anatomy names here..
On my 'fanny flaps' which I THINK are called labia?! The inside of them has these hard little spots, just at the top above my clitoral hood..they're hard and very tender around this region. Totally normal or worth bothering the doctors with?
I'm concerned they're genital warts

That's your outer labia. Have a look at the 'am I normal' video on the channel 4 website, the vaginal one would probably give you an idea.

Things like that are normally your body's way of telling you something's wrong. I think it's best to get it checked out, it may be genital warts or it could be some kind of infection; either way, best to get it sorted

They could be any number of things; ingrown hairs, cysts, warts. If in doubt, ask your doc!

Are these little spots itchy? Are they constant in shape and size? Are they round smooth swellings?
If you answered no,yes and yes then they may be sebaceous cysts.
All in all you should go and give your GP a wee visit to get a proper medical opinion on the matter.
This is not medical advice. -

OP this is an obvious question, but have you had unprotected sex in the last 3 months? if you have, then it'd be good to go for a general STD check anyway.

That penis does have a rather large number of fordyce's spots and in places you wouldn't typically expect to see them. e.g. the anterior aspect of the shaft.

I just put it forward as an idea, I have no knowledge of medicine, I just remember seeing this on another post recently and noted it could also be present on the labia - obv I'm no expert in that er... area
