A-level choices (current Y11)

So ive been stuck for a while picking my a-level choices. Im 100% set on biology and psychology and id either do chemistry or geography. I wanna do either biology or neuroscience degree so i dont know if i'd be making a mistake by not picking chemistry (even though i dont wanna do medicine), but whats putting me off chemistry is everyone saying how hard it is. Im predicted a 7 or 8 in chemistry but i just don't know if id be able to keep up. And then there's geography which everyone says whats hard is how boring it is which makes revision tedious. Any Y12s or 13s have any experience with either chemistry (AQA) or geography (Edexcel) alevel that might help me decide?

I wouldn't be put off by the difficulty of a subject if you'd prefer to do it. If you really want to do well in chemistry it's definitely possible to, just as it's possible to do badly in geography.

- Which subject do you prefer at GCSE?
- You could have a look at the courses and see what interests you in each.
