Confirm your immigration status

Hi,
I applied for student finance for academic year 2022/23.
As I hold pre-settled status under the EU Settlement Scheme, I may be
eligible for student finance because I am an EU/EEA national and my father is working in UK.
I receive an email with some requests to confirm my immigration status:
"You need to:
complete and return the attached employment status form; and
if it is your family member who is the EU/EEA national, then provide their
identity evidence and proof of your relationship to them."

But unfortunately I didn't receive any employment status form attached to the email and I don't understand what kind of document I have to provide to confirm my father's identity and our relationship.
Thank you.

Hello Ale,
It’s currently taking around 16 working days to process Migrant Worker (MW) evidence. If the MW team require anything further, they will be in touch.
The workflow we provide is an expected date; the dates can fluctuate depending on the volume of applications and evidence received.

Thanks, Lynsey.

Hi,

please help me with following request.
I received the below answer, but I don't know what I have to do:

"What you need to do
If you hold Pre-Settled Limited Leave to Remain under the EU Settlement
scheme, go to www.gov.uk/view-prove-immigration-status and generate an
immigration status share code. Upload your share code and a copy of your EU
Pre-Settled Status confirmation letter to your account using our digital
upload function. We’ll use the share code to check that you’re eligible for
student finance."

In fact, I don't understand where I have to upload the Share Code Letter ad the EU
Pre-Settled Status confirmation letter.
In which account using the digital upload function?

Thank you very much for your help,
Ale26

Hi again,

I logged in to my student finance account in order to access information relating to my application for student finance and there is no application uploaded in order to upload the evidence as you requested: share code and a copy of my EU Pre-Settled Status confirmation letter.

Please let me know how do I proceed further?

Thank you very much,
Ale26

Hi Ale26,

You should upload this on your own account using the option to 'upload supporting documents'.

Thanks, Graeme

Hi,

thank you for your answer.
Unfortunately this is not possible, because the is no application available in my account and because of this reason I can not use 'upload supporting documents' option - please see the attached foto.Account Student Finance.JPG

Please let me know how can I do this further in this case.

Thank you,
Ale26

Hi,

I don't understand. Sorry.
Yesterday I have received an email from Held Evidence with the request for asking to confirm my address in order to send the documents back.

Now you tell me I have to return documents to EU Migrant Worker Team.

Please, let me know how is the right procedure, because there are a lot of contradictory messages and unfortunately I don't know hat I have to do.

Thank you,
Ale

Hi Ale,

Have you tried to amend your tuition fees online?

Thanks, Erin

Hi Erin,

there is no possible to do any change or evidence upload because my application is not in the platform. I cannot see it in my account.

After the log in to my account I see this:

Account Student Finance.JPG

I understand my application has not been registered in my account. I sent the application via post and then I received the letters with Customer Reference Number and with log in credentials.

Should I have to do anything else?

Please let me know if I have something to do.

Thank you,
Ale

Dear SFE team,

I would kindly ask your support. Because some personal matters I decided to take a gap year and not to start the university studies this year. . I would like to analyze the offers from many universities and to take a decision for the next year.
Following this decision please, please let me know how can be canceled my application for the loan I have made this year. I am asking your support for the cancelation, because I don't see my application in my account. I have sent the application per post, because I was not in UK at that time and I didn't receive an answer the approval.

For the next year, I will apply online, because currently I am in UK.

Thank you very much in advance for your help.
Ale
