25 bedrooms (10 with en-suite baths, showers, sinks and wcs), 5 kitchens, 6 living rooms, large walls & tall secure gates, 4 dining rooms, at least 20 large stained glass windows, 3 giant libraries with at least 2 floors each, vast front & back garden grounds with 3+ large water fountains, 2 garden log cabins, 8 offices, 4 adult pet playrooms, 2 puppy playrooms, 3 home cinemas, 2 music rooms, 10 spare rooms with walk in wardrobes for clothes & shoes, at least 2 priest's holes, 2 tearooms, 3 exercise rooms, 8 offices, 4 conservatories, 4 garden sheds, 6 secret rooms or concealed passages, stables with capacity to accomodate 150 horses and donkeys.

Pretty much all of this (my ideal house) but somewhere in London... but gated of course.

A small, 1 bedroom house with 1 bathroom and 1 kitchen (assuming I'm the only person living in it). Minimalism is best!
