Tenancy take over at private accomodation 5 mins away from campus

The building is called Byron Lofts and it is a private accommodation. The flat itself is located on the 3rd floor that homes 3 bedrooms and is the only flat on that floor so there won't be any neighbours.

The flat provides:

Fast fibre wifi
Each room has an ensuite
Each room has its own tv
A large tv in the living room with a soundbar
A washing machine and dryer
A dishwasher
A large balcony

I am desperately looking for replacements before the semester starts so if anyone is interested or has questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me! :smile:
