Need fifth tenant for house in southsea!
Hello!
A group of 4 of us (3 guys, 1 girl) are currently in need of an extra tenant for the fifth bedroom of our lovely house on Oxford Road, Southsea.
Spacious living room and Kitchen with balcony at the back of the house.
£108 per week - bills included.
The security deposit and the first month's rent (September 2022) have been paid already, so any new tenants at this stage will be covered for both of these payments.
