I feel like I've eaten too much and want to throw it up Watch

    I just had lunch and I ate a sandwich and a pack of crisps, which is the most I've had in a while. My parents forced me to as they think I have an eating disorder, and if I didn't they'd make me go to the docs. I feel like I've eaten too much, I had an apple for breakfast and now I can almost feel the fat coming onto my body. I don't feel in control anymore, and feel like I should try and bring it up again. How can I stop myself from doing it? (cause right now I am really tempted to do it...)

    Let me put it this way, you have to eat 3,500 calories to gain one pound of fat. No way in hell would you have eaten that many calories with a sandwich and a bag of crisps, not even if you ate one of those enormous fast food burgers with double the patty. You're fine. If you feel out of control or feel the fat is packing on, go for a walk or pick up jogging, it might help to ease the worries and you'll burn off your apple in less than an hour.

    That is DEFINITELY not enough food. Sorry to say, but I am definitely with your parents on this one. If that is really the way that you feel, then that is called Bulimia, which is a disorder, and is addictive. As a kind word of advice, going to see a doctor might not be a bad idea. Obviously your parents care about you, and they are worried. The thing that makes Bulimia so bad is that people who are Bulimic do not think they are. It is not a big deal, and you should seek someone to help you overcome it. I am sure they would love to help you, and not see you wither away. And to help you feel better about it . . . getting over bulimia is probably one of the best disorders to overcome, because you get to eat and enjoy delicious foods! Go get a burger and some chips, and love yourself for it!
