OCR Chemistry A Revision Guide by Oxford University Press was useful (not perfect), but I appreciate that's very specific to the course.
Websites like Khan Academy are useful for explaining topics, just be careful to learn only what you need to know on your spec as the courses are based on American syllabi.

chemguide (https://www.chemguide.co.uk) has lots of really good explanations!
knockhardy (http://www.knockhardy.org.uk) has some good notes
physicsandmathstutor (https://www.physicsandmathstutor.com) is really good for past paper questions – separated by topic, as well as whole papers
