    Hey I haven't received my welcome letter yet and i know i can use my personal ID no. to log onto track but what password do i use?

    The same as the UCAS apply one.

    If we're thinking about the same personal ID (I presume there is only one!) you can find it when you log in to your UCAS application. It's on the Welcome page.

    are you making sure that you are putting the personal id number in minus the dashes?

    Log into ucas normally, like you would before when you were logging in to change your details etc. When you log in you will see a number with to -'s in that splits the number up.
    Insert that number into the personal ID space on track but DO NOT include the dashes ( - ) << That thing in the bracket.

    Then the rest of the information you input is the same you inputted to log onto normal 'apply' ucas.

    Oh I don't have the track option yet? My welcome letter is on it's way apparently :shifty:

    Everyone has the track option. On the main ucas page click track and not apply

    You do not need your letter to log in.
