Protein is protein. It's all about where you get it from. Red meat, green veg (asparagus/paprika) and synthetic meat are good sources.

Anchovies, asparagus, bananas, broccoli, chicken breast, chickpeas, cod, cottage cheese, eggs, green peas, guava, halibut, kale, lean beef, lentils, lobster, soya milk, spinach and quinoa.
