    WAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!

    Seriously, grow up
sorry what? what is your problem?

if you put these on bus stops etc. then many people will be upset/offended by them (just think how many complaints the BBC gets about trivial things which wouldn't offend a fly and then compare it to the picture) but if you put them on the exits to pubs then the people who will see it are the target audience and only the target audience intead of the little old ladies who would probably be quite shocked by the image

Yes I think it's a great advert but I'm not sure if, in the heat of the moment when drunk, it would stop someone jumping in their car. I would hope that someone who had any shred of decency would, before drinking, make alternative arrangements though.

Drunk driving is just so horribly selfish, it makes me sad That poor woman.

It's a good shock tactic, but I would imagine a lot of drunk drivers have the "well it'll never happen to me" (eg, I'll never hit anyone/get in an accident) mentality. But I guess even if it gets through to a few people, that's great - certainly better than none.

thing is there are burn victims, people who suffer skin diseases, have visible tumors etc. and even though it's not pleasant to look at, i don't think of them as macabre horror shows and think it would actually be better if children got used to the fact some people don't look normal instead of thinking of them as freaks their whole life, i mean they're people too... if that makes any sense.

and yes putting them inside clubs would be a better idea.
You're probably right. I'm not the sort of person to think negatively of someone because of their appearance so agree with you to some extent.

That said, it's not the most sensitive thing in the world to put pictures of people on public display in an attempt to try shock people into changing their behaviour.

    There's no easy answer really.

i dont know because there not really showing anything we dont already know
i mean we all know not everyone hit by a drunk driver dies
And we all know road accidents can leave people with disfigurements...
so hmm i guess what i think is that it makes no difference...

Yeap, seen this before. Definitley think more things like this should be posted around.

Certainly won't be drink driving after seeing this, Id say every school should plaster their 6th form walls with pictures like this, so as people begin to learn to drive they know what could happen
