I have very little choreographed dance experience. I use to love dance as a child but stopped and lost my rhythm. I'm now a young adult who wants to dance again. How do I get as good as the pros who have continously danced since childhood? I'm already attending lessons but I feel slow compared to everyone e else being pros

You might be a bit behind to start with, but practice and dedication will put you on par with the rest of them as you regain agility and flexibility. The hardest part is starting again, so if you put your mind to it, you'll definitely achieve it.
