What is the opinion on Nottingham Trent?

I am looking to do Financial Mathematics there next year and am going to put my application in next week or so.

So far my list is as so -

University of Sheffield - Financial Mathematics, said they would like to see my application (very happy with the service)
Nottingham Trent - Financial Mathematics, again very prompt reply and would like to see my application (very happy with the service)

    Others are
Loughborough - I would need to do another Foundation year to get onto the course.
Leicester - not replied to me as yet with regards to the course.

How would prospective employers see a degree from Nottingham Trent? I understand I won't be a "standard" graduate and will therefore have to fight harder for places but a really good university should help to go some way! I know Nottingham Trent is an ex-poly, so a good idea or not?

    Thankyou

I'm certainly going to apply and see what happens, if I don't get in anywhere (I'm not doing standard A Levels, I'm an Access Student which I would have never took if I'd known that A Levels just seem better regarded) I'm not afraid of getting my A Levels done and perhaps retaking Maths and Science GCSEs (I got C grades in both - due to me really not giving a damn about school - had a really miserable school life could have done a million times better lol) to get into a better university because I have finally found something I want to do, just means I'll be nearly 23 when I started the actual undergraduate course!

Ive always heard that sheffield (especially hallam) was rubbish... i went to an open day (a long time ago now) and it was a load of pants lol. Trent is where you want to be! Nottingham is an awesome city. I used to work in Leicester and its not very nice...
