Does anybody want to share any answers they remember from the Pre Reg exam today 29/06/22?

All I remember was:
Cetirizine for antihistamine
Chickenpox for the spotted rash
Scarlet fever for the other rash
Refer to GP for methadone patient
very rare side effect(<1/10,000)
Signs of DKA: Fruit smelling breath

With the methadone one, the patient had their last dose on 26th as they took two days worth on the 25th

Hi I'm in my pre-reg year, how difficult would you say the exam is? Is it like any mock out there, in terms of difficulty level? I know the buttercups one is more challenging.
