hey- homeschooled student here, basically i wanna do a level cs but its only an option if you do cambridge international, so will it still be valid when i apply to universities with 2 normal a levels and one international? it wont be too weird or they wont want a normal cs a level more?

Yep totally valid.
Lots of private school in the uk do a mix of normal and international a levels.
