I have been feeling super low lately. My academic and social life is f****d.My life was super good a year before, everything was perfect as if it was a dream. People used to love hanging out and be friends with me but nowadays no one wants to talk with me, let alone hang out. I have a twin too and she is super good at socialising whereas I am low on confidence and socially anxious. I think that its happening because of my relationship. My boyfriend even makes his cousin sit with us which put the image of me being some kind of slut which worsened the situation because of which other boys wanted to sit with us and also because no other girl wanted to sit with me started to sit with us and also because no other girl wanted to sit with me started to sit with us too which not only ruined my social image but made me uncomfortable too. How can I feel better?

Try to keep busy and stay far away from rude people that call you nasty names.
Do some drawing, watch tv or dvds, go to gym, learn how to cook some new things, read new books or magazines, try some new hairstyles and makeup.
