How to get energy without caffeine?

What food/drinks give energy that do not have caffeine, aren't very sugary and don't contain alcohol or something like that?

I don't drink tea or coffee unless absolutely necessary and would like some healthy alternatives that actually give energy and don't have side effects

Sufficient calories in balanced meals, hydration and a good night's sleep.

Unsweetened cocoa or cacao powder with vegan milk.
Homemade fruit smoothies.
Organic Zinger juice drink.
Vegan milkshakes flavoured with a mix of apple, cinnamon, dates, ginger, lime or turmeric.
