I previously studied for a Level 6 Accredited Diploma which was around 25-30 credits I think in 2014. The course was completed part time within 12 months.

This was with a private training company and paid for my by employer rather than through a university or anything.

I’m considering doing a part time BSc. Hons in Cyber Security.

Will I be eligible for funding for tuition fees via Student Finance England as I previously only achieved a Diploma rather than degree??

I believe you'll be fine - it's worth ringing up SFE and double checking.

Even though it's classed as Higher Education, it wasn't a full undergraduate degree - plus you didn't ever apply for student finance. Whilst SFE do not give funding to people who have already done a degree (even if it was self-funded), I don't think this applies in your situation. So I'd say give them a call and go for it!
