I am going to sit for Cambridge AS next summer session, are Physics Math and Law good enough for someone aiming for, say, Cambridge Law or equivalent?

If not, what subjects would you suggest?

Yes, those subjects are fine. They don't really care what subjects you take as long as they are traditionally academic subjects (which all of yours are).

Yes, as you have physics and maths but most lawyers say best not to do Law A level as it is not particularly well regarded traditional subject even for lawyers. Most good state grammars for example don't offer law A level. Anyway as you are doing it is probably okay as you have physics and maths as well which are harder more traditional subjects.
