Loughborough University - Grade compensation

Hello

Does anyone know if Loughborough condones grades or compensates grades. For reference, I am expecting 110 credits to get marks of 60+ (2.1) but in this one 10-credit module the exam went horribly and I doubt that I achieved 40. Would the university consider compensating this grade or would I have to resit?
