Solicitor Apprenticeships - Funding

Hi, I plan on applying for solicitor apprenticeships but if I’m given an offer, I’ll only have been in the UK for 2 years. I have an Irish passport but I was raised in Africa.

Do I need to be in the UK for 3 years to get an offer and secure funding as it is a degree apprenticeship?

I was born in the UK, only left the UK as my parents were on a study visa and had to leave thereafter, if that changes anything lol.
