Probably. Mature students, people on less competitive/popular courses, etc. For things like the flagship economics course, law and similar, probably fewer though.
Just be aware that LSE is 67% Overseas students, the majority being Chinese. Nothing wrong with that of course, but it might impact your 'student experience'.

Does this include EU students? WOW...so only 33% of places are for UK students. It makes it super competitive to get an offer.
