i recieved an email recently asking for eligibility evidence which i know is to do with my birth certificate or passport but i already sent my birth certificate and i couldnt send my passport because it isnt valid
so what do i do i am quite confused at the moment ?

Was it a UK birth certificate? If yes, when was it sent/delivered?

yes it was a uk birth certificate and i uploaded it when i was filling out my application back in may

We have only just recently started accepting ID via upload. I would suggest sending this again, as it was unlikely processed in May.
