Is there any ADHDer out here excelling in math? If so I'm really curious as to how you work your way around focus issues in math because unlike other subjects maths demand consistent focusing on a microscale?

Hi!

I use to set a timer for how long I would work, say 15 minutes. Then a couple minute break to do whatever. However, it depends on the individual as to what works for you. I would go to your school/college/university additional help team and they'll be able to help you figure out what works best for you. I found them really helpful when I was studying.

I hope this helps!
Best wishes
