Picking a sixth form

I'm interested in studying abroad, so taking A-levels isn't really an option, however there is only 1 IB school in the area. It's a small school, someone who doesn't like me is going there too, and I struggle making friends. I'm worried about being isolated here and not having as nice an experience as I would at the other school. How have other people found the IB?
UK A levels are widely accepted worldwide

It is if you do a UK degree 'with study abroad' - or you go to the EU for Uni.

Other than that you are looking ar expensive options like private schools in Switzerland etc or UWC with a scholarship - https://www.uwc.org/

Or Uni in Canada, US, Australia, New Zealand, much of the rest of the world.
