Three businesses you should not bother starting up
1. Buy to let - massive capital expenditure, low profits and not scalable due to location restrictions
2. Trading - most people including the pros do not beat the market
3. Drop shipping - all the rage 5 years ago but the only people making money out of it these days are the people selling courses on how to do it.
