You would need to apply for compelling personal reasons (CPR) to be considered in order to get a further year of funding. Otherwise you would be eligible for a maintenance loan but not tuition fee loan normally. When applying for CPR it helps to include as much evidence as possible (e.g. doctors note, letters from any counselling services you're seeing, etc) and write a cover letter explaining the situation.
