Admittedly I feel the same way & while I can't help you with approaching your GP about getting medication, I found that the Childline service was really helpful when I was struggling. You're able to contact them [I did it via email] & they can give you advice. When I asked about being assessed or hospitalized, they advised me to speak to my GP about mental health & look into getting a counsellor through school.

However, when you turn 16 the doctors do not need any parental permission, so if you're close to turning 16 that might be of use? This regards both mental health & physical health problems

Sorry if this wasn't much help, just my own experience!
