I sent of for my driving license because I lost my original when I try track to see the progress it says “ You can only view transactions that have been initiated online.
You do not have any transactions to view”
Can anyone tell me what this means

You say, "I sent of for my driving license". How did you do that?
Did you get a paper form from the Post Office and post that completed form to them? Did you call them on the phone and request the replacement that way? Did you use an on-line form (i.e. a form you completed in a web site) to request the replacement?

It's only in that last case that you can check it's progress on-line.
If you're being told "You do not have any transactions to view” even though you made the original request on-line, then something's gone wrong and you should call them up and explain what the issue is.
