Coventry Uni IMPOSSIBLE to get hold of

I have been trying to get in touch with Cov uni for weeks now and it's been a struggle. No one available on the live chats, can't get through on the phone as it just rings out and no one replies to the emails I send. It's beyond annoying and very unprofessional. Is this why you have so many courses in clearing & can't even fill up the very popular courses that get full straight away?

I'm sorry to hear the university is not responding to any of your attempts. I understand the situation is not ideal and unhelpful as this only distresses and frustrates you. With the start of term approaching, you're doing your best and it's great you're proactive.

There are no methods that will guarantee an immediate response from the university (that I know of). Email takes longer to generate a response and call is costly. It's advised for international students to access Live Chat to contact admissions. It's unlikely you will get an immediate response but admissions are aware of your message and will respond when they're able. Unfortunately, there is little you can do but wait as these factors are outside of your control. However, I urge you to not project your annoyance and anger as there is only so much the Student Ambassadors can do but direct you to the appropriate contacts. I understand this is not what you're looking for and waiting this long for a response is unprofessional, but there is only so much you can do yourself. Please do not give up trying to get through to the university.

I am currently having the same issue, i got my results almodt 3 weeks ago and still havent had an enrollment link from coventry, tried calling numerous times, they say i am going to get an email soon however absolutely nothing is being done, my student finance relies on being enroled and its not like im in any sort of financial position to not have my student loan when i start.
