I'm applying for actuarial science but I don't know which uni is better
ppl say LSE has better rep etc. - better career prospect?
but city is better for the subject

CASS ! No doubt about that , its the best Actuarial Science dpt in England and 2nd in the World after UPenn in the States . LSE is excellent in rep thing in other subjects but if u really want an Actuarial career , then CASS at City is the best . Lse actually study actuarial books written by Actuarial lecturers at CASS and that tells u all the story . Most Actuarial grads from CASS enter easily into actuarial , banking and consultancy sectors each year . Good luck !
