Computing skills ftw.:ninja: I didn't take Computing, but I'm quite pro when it comes to C++.:ninja:

    :ciao: guys.
I've got to make a huge database project in VB.Net for A2 XD There's like 18 forms already. about 5 or so are just directory pages which will open other forms though XD I'm not sure whether I'll have it so it'll close the previous form when it opens the next or not ...

Looks like it's about time I move stuff to the external again ... 4 weeks worth of Anime and TV XD
    25.9 GB TV
    7.52 GB Watched Anime
In 4 weeks. Takes up most of my secondary hard drive (with the rest filled up with unwatched anime and porn)

    Okay, according to OSX's 'System Profiler', my processor is a 2.8GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, hard drive is a 320GB Serial ATA at 7200. 4GB 1066MHz DDR3 SDRAM - 2x2GB ().
It shows how overpriced Apple computers are. :p: But, I guess it is a laptop, so it is bound to be more expensive than a desktop.

if theres something your stuck on you should ask for help
I go see him every lunch time but, most of the time he is too busy with his lower school kids and this kid who is in express doing A2 Maths. :sigh: Also, a high percentage of my class is people who failed AS last year so, he breezes through certain areas expecting me to know them.

The only dizzy feeling I get when coming out the shower is the fact that I am so dehydrated and feel like I'm going to collapse, plus the fact I feel like an iceickle because the heating in my house isn't on yet.

Actually, comparatively speaking, other laptop manufacturers charge similar prices for the specification stated (I checked with Dell and HP, etc). Also, in my opinion, the components and the build quality doesn't compare, either. Whenever I pick up another laptop it felt cheap compared to my own. Not to mention I despise Windows.

As I stated, the prices are similar, if not more, than what I paid for. In terms of build quality, I'm referring to the production of the machine, not how it looks (although aesthetically a mac is better too).

If you're going to debate that Windows is a better OS than OSX, then well, clearly you haven't used them as extensively as I have.

Regarding Linux, my god Mccann, do you seriously consider an open source OS that's primarily intended for servers as an 'overall' superior operating system than OS X? Stability, functionality and all-round practicality? I would never consider using Linux for what I do (or for most people). Besides, OSX is based on the same unix system.

    Hyakko 05

    Spoiler:
    Show
    Heh, Fight scene

I like this series. Gets a decent amount of laughs in while not being completely random. Anyone know if it's an out-of-order series? Sometimes I feel like things are a bit random and misplaced :|

:giggle: I spend all my life on computers. :o:
And, I have come to the conclusion that Macintosh computers are for fanboys/girls, who are infatuated with the aesthetic qualities and because they seem 'fashionable'. The only exception the rule is when their role to the consumer is for creative purposes; image/ audio editing etc. So, they are suited to your needs.
But, they are not suitable for some needs such as gaming and business aspects. (Word Processing, Spreadsheets etc.)

But, Linux beats the both of them. :awesome: I agree Linux is not your ideal OS for the average user, but for those you can utilise it's capabilities... :coma:
Also, the whole reason why I adore linux so much is that it is FOSS.

Hyakko was originally a free web comic provided by Flex Comix. It's not surprising it'll seem misplaced from time to time.
