Worried about demotion / losing job
I explained to former managers in my workplace that I wasnt being helped in my new job very much since I joined.
I am now being suggested to think about if I want to go back to my previous role. However I dont think this will be of any interest to me and will potentially have me want to leave that role for something else and I already feel like I should just leave a company I've been at for 4 years.
I feel they will end up contacting my line manager about the conversation as 3 former managers now know all this.
I feel where I work is just not somewhere I should stay and possibly somewhere I do not belong.
I don't believe in demotion and would rather have a position elsewhere instead as I think the whole thing is ruining my image in my workplace.
