Most embarrassing university exam mistakes

I had three of them in my most recent exam.
1. I calculated the flux of 2 faces instead of 1.
2. I used radian mode instead of degree.
3. I read problem 12/13 as 12/16 and rushed one question.

How about you?
It wasn't an exam, but my coursemate at uni (who was having a bit of a breakdown at the time) claimed in a tutorial essay that the opera Dido and Aeneas was composed by Handel, and then continued to keep writing Handel (instead of Purcell) throughout the essay. Me and my friend were like :erm: coz even I knew it was Purcell
