hairloss

I am 24 years old female and I have lost a lots of hair over the past few years and my hairline has also receded. Is it possible to get my hair back esp the hairline? Although the length of my hair is still the same but the quantity and hairline is destroyed
Some women look amazing with shaved hair. I know some women who experience anxiety and stress can have severe hair loss. A lot of these women wear hair pieces and look gorgeous.

I would go to a hair specialist and try and find out the cause.

My understanding is that there's always the option of medication, or hair transplant surgery, or even a combination of treatments. I also believe that if PRP does work, you will require maintenance injections. It's all up to you.
what about laser therapy? is it permanent??

"Since laser hair growth treatments need to be performed regularly, the costs can add up to thousands of dollars over time. At-home laser hair caps, helmets and other devices are also expensive to purchase."

I would have these sorts of conversations with the hair specialist. My understanding is that a hair transplant is one of the only permanent procedures available.
I was losing my hair as a male and for a year i literally threw everything at it tried all kinds of vitamins, tablets, shampoos, i tried laser therapy almost got a transplant. basically, there isn't really a magical cure for hair loss. all you can do is firstly see if there is something thats wrong with you like internally, then eat a good diet, maybe take something like biotin and decrease stress and just accept it as it comes. falling into the rabbit hole of desperately trying to find a solution just makes it worse. i tried laser therapy for 6 months and while my hair looked 'better' after 6 months it would say it was inconclusive. feel a bit mugged off really, its quite a clever business just buy a cheap machine learn a bit about hair and charge people 40 quid to sit under it for 30 minutes. then sell them a bunch of bs tablets which she stuck a fancy label on
