I'd be 18 & newly passed. I don't even care what car I get and money for the car isn't really a problem but insurance costs is. What car or type of car would be cheapest and what general area of £££ am i looking at?

If money for the car isn't an issue, spend less on the car to cover the insurance

If anything they should be moved up an insurance group for causing more accidents with people trying to avoid them!

You must be doing something very wrong

Should only be about 1000, 1500 at tops. You only read 3rd Party insurance (and my fire and theft) don't bother doing anything extra as the amount you pay will outweight the actual value of your car:p:

I was initially doing fully comp lol, but it's not good news. I can not get below £2200 no matter which model car, and that's assuming pass plus and naming my dad who has 10+ no claims on the policy
