Good morning, friends. I need your help because I have submitted my Cas shield form with all of the required documents since July 1st, 2022, but I have yet to receive my CAS; what should I do next? Today's date is July 20th.

Call the uni that is issuing your CAS and check whether they have received your details, and if so, what timescale they are working to.
