Pulled 230KG last week. Did 220KG the week before. Booyah. Not much else to report. Managed to pull 200KG with double overhand grip when I was training with George on Wednesday.

I thought I'd post a workout for once.

    Wednesday

CGBP (which for some reason I'm now better at than standard width)
    100x7
    100x6
    100x6

    Ultra slow pace weighted chins
15x5 (biceps too munched from Monday, didn't do any more sets)

    Deadlifts
    220x2
    180x5 (double overhand grip)
    140x14

Did some fairly uninteresting stuff after this.

    Friday

    Squats (recovery)
    100x5
    100x5

    Military Press
    80x3 - strict, +3 push presses
    80x3 - strict, +3 push presses
    80x3 - strict, +3 push presses
    65x8

    Cheat Bent Over Rows
    150x8
    150x8
    150x8

    Dips

    27.5x5
    27.5x5
    20x7

EDIT: What with all the rubbish flying around recently, I thought I'd also note here that Rip's Starting Strength is a ******* brilliant routine, and with little adaptations and enough food you can go quite a long way (and gain a lot of size). I'm still on an adapted SS.

    Deadlifts

    110x5
    130x4
    150x3
    180x2
    225x2
    190x5
    150x11

Reckon I'll hit 260 by the end of the year. Hopefully more.
